How affiliate links work
ProjectManagementlyHub provides honest, hands-on reviews and comparisons of project management software. To keep the site running and our content free, we participate in affiliate programs. This means that when you click certain links to a tool’s website and then sign up for a plan or make a purchase, the company may pay us a referral commission.
This commission comes out of the company’s marketing budget — never your pocket. You pay exactly the same price whether you use our link or go to the tool directly.
Our editorial independence
This is the part that matters most to us. Affiliate relationships do not influence what we write or how we rank tools. Specifically:
- We do not accept payment in exchange for positive reviews or higher rankings. Our rankings are based on hands-on testing, features, value, and real-world usability.
- We review and recommend tools we genuinely believe in — and we’ll happily point out a product’s weaknesses, even if we have an affiliate relationship with it.
- Some tools we recommend may not have an affiliate program at all. That has no bearing on whether they appear in our guides.
In short: our opinions are our own, and our loyalty is to our readers — not to any vendor.
What this means for you
If you find our content helpful and choose to sign up for a tool through one of our links, thank you — it directly supports the independent testing and writing we do here, at no cost to you. If you’d prefer not to use an affiliate link, you’re always free to visit any tool’s website directly.
FTC compliance
In line with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines and similar regulations elsewhere, we believe in being fully transparent about how we earn money. This disclosure applies across our entire website, including reviews, comparison articles, guides, and any other content that may contain affiliate links.
